The quality of a Thornmore product is something to be relied on and due to this the FMR comes with a lifetime warranty.
Thornmore will exchange or repair any product that is found to have defects in the manufacturing, materials or workmanship.
The FMR has been designed and manufactured for use as a cutting tool and using it for any other purpose than this will void the warranty (any damage resulting from, but not limited to, abuse, neglect, accident, improper or inadequate maintenance, or altering the product from its original state will not be covered).
Disassembling your Thornmore knife could lead to voiding the warranty and result in injury if it is not reassembled correctly.
If you receive a damaged or defective knife please contact us at info@thornmore.com – returned goods will not be accepted without prior authorisation.
If you are sending a product back to Thornmore please ensure that you have enclosed a copy of the order slip. Wherever possible please send the product back with it’s original box and accompanying manuals, etc..
In order to speed up the returns process it would be helpful to send a letter outlining the faults with the product; please also include your contact details.
